No. Northwest Portland Dental does not offer in-house financing, payment installments, or deferred billing. All treatment balances must be paid in full at the time of service or arranged through our approved third-party healthcare financing partners.

CareCredit is a dedicated healthcare credit card that allows qualified patients to divide treatment expenses into predictable monthly installments, often featuring promotional interest-free terms. Applications are completed directly through CareCredit online or at our front desk before clinical treatment begins.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and bank checks. Payment is finalized prior to or immediately following your clinical appointment.

Our administrative team provides a detailed estimate of out-of-pocket costs based on your verified benefit coverage. Estimated patient copayments and deductibles are due on the appointment date, with any final adjustment reconciled once your carrier finishes claim processing.

Yes. When dental insurance covers an approved portion of your procedure, CareCredit or major credit cards can be applied toward the remaining out-of-pocket balance.
