New patient promotional cleanings apply to standard prophylaxis (healthy gums). If active periodontal disease or deep pocketing is diagnosed during your comprehensive exam, a standard cleaning is clinically contraindicated. In this event, your promotional credit will be directly applied toward your customized periodontal therapy or deep scaling treatment plan.

Promotional package rates and introductory specials are designed exclusively for self-pay patients and cannot be combined with in-network insurance billing for the same procedure. However, our front desk team will gladly evaluate whether your insurance benefits or our direct membership pricing offers superior overall value for your specific treatment needs.

Introductory pricing is available to all patients who have not received treatment at Northwest Portland Dental within the past 24 months. Existing patients are invited to explore our annual in-house Wellness Membership Plans for year-round preventive care and restorative treatment savings.

A simple appointment reservation deposit may be collected to hold your dedicated provider time. The remaining promotional balance is settled at check-in on the day of your visit. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA funds, and flexible financing arrangements.

Our new patient evaluation includes a comprehensive intraoral examination, full-mouth low-radiation digital x-rays, oral cancer screening, periodontal health charting, and a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Miller to review your clinical findings and answer questions.

Introductory vouchers and claimed offers are assigned per individual chart to ensure accurate clinical documentation. However, our Family Membership tiers provide shared enrollment benefits and bundled savings across your entire household.
